Spring steel

Spring steel or also called spring steel it is a type of high flexibility steel that is frequently used for elements that recover their previous state after undergoing deformation (for example springs or leaf springs).

Its carbon composition is between an average content of 0.4-0.95%. These are steels with high resistance to pressure and are also used, for example, for the manufacture of car chassis or other automotive elements where a high capacity for absorbing kinetic energy is required.
